Welcome.
Here is a brief outline of our Message Board. It is an excellent place to share your thoughts, queries, or new ideas with others. You leave a message and other members will respond, if they wish and in their own time. That is the great thing about it, it is so relaxed, no rush to do anything.
Please note it is not a chat room, so there is no hassle of what to do or say.
Our board is split into sections, they are

This message board can be seen by non-members but you must be a member to post a message on it.
The following sections are for any member of the message board

This section is for health, benefits or any problems that you feel the general public should not read.
The Lighter Side
This is for anything that is probably not ME related and is not serious. Just stories and maybe things that have happened to you.

Well, that is a brief description of the sections. Once you have used it a couple of times you will see how easy it is.
If you join the message board and you are a member of The Stockport ME Group then please say so, we will run a quick check and if all is well you will be able to see the sections as soon as possible.
To start a new topic click on "new topic" in your chosen message board section. To reply to a pre-existing discussion, scroll to the bottom of the discussion and click "post reply" and type away.
